Loyalty Advisory is a boutique customer loyalty and commercial strategy practice, led by Jason Adessky. We work with executive teams and boards across loyalty, travel, financial services, retail and more. Our job is to turn the customer relationship into a commercial advantage that compounds, including in an era where AI agents increasingly mediate the purchase.
Why we do this work
To help businesses build customer relationships that are more profitable for shareholders and more valuable for customers. Loyalty should reward genuine engagement. Partnerships should create real value on both sides. Data should be respected and trusted. And the next generation of commerce, where agents do the buying, should be designed with the same first principles.

Jason is a 20+ year commercial and loyalty leader based in Sydney, with an executive career spanning APAC, Europe and North America.
